Senior Project Manager
The company is seeking an individual who can increase the volume of its construction activity. It requires a highly motivated individual with a documental record of accomplishment and significant success in this industry. It is preferable to bring established relationships with clientele in the current geographic limits of the Company’s operations.
The position requires a Team Player who can work well in consort with the existing Business Development Team of eight, including the Department Manager. Like all other employees of the company, individuals in this position have unlimited access to Corporate Management and Ownership.
In general terms, the required characteristics of this individual are excellent organizational skills, neatness in work and in presence, ability to communicate well orally and in writing, and a high moral and ethical character is essential.
